Return & Exchange Policy

TO MAKE A RETURN OR AN EXCHANGE:

OUR RETURN POLICY:
We offer Return payment as a form of Store Credit. Returns are accepted for full-price items within 7 days of delivery.  Refunds will be given as a Coupon Code upon receiving back he merchandise with its receipt in its original state and packaging. Cash refunds are not available.


NOTE: Store Credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Please note that shipping Fees will not be refunded.


SHIPPING CHARGES [AED25] FOR REVERSE PICKUP (per order) WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR STORE CREDIT REFUND.


Items must be unworn, unwashed, free from dirt, dust, hair, fragrances, and foreign odours including smoke, free of makeup stains, with all tags & original packaging.

Any HANG TAG on the garments must not be removed.
*Returns that do not meet our requirements may not be accepted.

 

For International orders (Outside UAE, GCC) return shipping charges, customs duties and any other charges are to be paid by the customer. If you wish to return, kindly send us an email to info@midnightangelsbypc.ae and the customer care team will get back to you with all the return shipping instructions.

 

If a shipment remains in customs for more than 14 days and is subsequently returned to us, the customer will be responsible for covering all associated return charges. In such cases, we will process only store credit after deducting the return shipping charges, duties and taxes.

 

If you have received an item which you think may be faulty or damaged, please notify our customer care team within 24 hours. Once your item(s) have been received and checked by the quality control team you will receive a confirmation email.

 

For UAE orders, the item(s) must be returned to us within 7 days of first receiving the parcel, including faulty products.

For International orders, item(s) must be returned within 14 days of first receiving the parcel.

 

SALE ITEMS:

We do not offer refunds/exchange for Any Sale Items

 

OUR EXCHANGE POLICY:

For UAE orders, the item(s) must be returned to us within 7 days of first receiving the parcel, including faulty products.


A fee of AED25 will be charged for package collection & reshipment of exchange piece.
Items must be unworn, and unwashed & with all tags & original packaging.

 

If you have received an item which you think may be faulty or damaged, please notify our customer care team within 48 hours. Once your item(s) have been received and checked by the quality control team you will receive a confirmation email.

 

For International orders (outside UAE), unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. So if you would like to exchange any item then this will be treated as a return and you must place a new order for the item you would like instead.

 

PROCESSING TIME:

We process all of our returns within 7 days of receiving the item(s).

You will receive an email approving your return/exchange within 48 hours from the time of your request.



ALL EXCHANGES/RETURNS CAN ONLY BE DONE ONCE PER ORDER.


Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for CASH.
